Victoria Boutros

Program Administrator

Victoria Boutros is the Program Administrator for Sligo Scholars and a 2018 Sligo Scholar from UC Berkeley, where she earned her B.A. in English and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She went on to earn an M.S.Ed. from Johns Hopkins University and has spent more than a decade in education, instructional design, and program administration, including as a Teach For America corps member in Baltimore. Having experienced the Yeats International Summer School as a scholar herself, Victoria now coordinates each cohort’s journey to Sligo, from travel and accommodations to preparation and on-site support.

Joshua Gill-Sutton

In-Country Program Coordinator

Joshua Gill-Sutton is a poet and spoken word artist and a 2024 Sligo Scholar who performed at the 65th Yeats International Summer School. Based in Ireland, Josh is the program’s person on the ground: he arrives at our Dublin accommodations ahead of each cohort, welcomes scholars when they land, helps them navigate trains and travel to Sligo, and stays with the group throughout the Summer School as a day-to-day point of contact.
